I decided to take a free day for myself and do something I've wanted to do forever. Run around the farm that has been in my family for over 100 years and photograph it. I remember spending the days on dad's tractors, feeding the goats or just hanging out at grandma's eating all of her Fannie Mae's. Now if I could just talk dad into letting me use the barn for sessions....

Good gracious, woman. The fact that you're running around and taking pictures so soon out from this birth is just awesome. You rock as a mama. I'm proud of you taking time for yourself. And the photos? GORG. Totally gorgeous.
